I know reading is fundamentally missing from the world, but here we are. Reading.
This week hilarious writer, Michael Arceneaux released his new book, I Can’t Date Jesus and I can’t wait to dive in. The book is a collection of essays about his early years.
A fellow Beyoncé stan, Arceneaux’s book explores spirituality, his obsession with Beyoncé, and defying expectations.
An internet outage while you’re both on deadline and have a book out tomorrow is not ideal, but Beyoncé will carry me through. Under her eye.

"If you don’t like at least five Beyoncé songs, I don’t trust your judgment." – Michael Arceneaux

"Michael Arceneaux is from the land of Beyoncé, but now lives in the city of Master Splinters." Oh how I love and miss thee @youngsinick.

My favorite things about Arceneaux’s voice is the strength and passion he has when talking about the Queen. Michael says Beyoncé taught him his most valuable lesson “Just be yourself and be very good at what you do.” I will be reading this legend’s first book and you should be too.
